Warranty
American Dream Furniture, LLC. warranties to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years of residential use and one (1) year for commercial use starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or imperfections in the manufacturing and craftsmanship of the furniture components that impair the original function of the furniture product.

American Dream Furniture, LLC. shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following listed below:

Damage caused by weathering, oxidation, mold, mildew, rust, use of incompatible accessories or products not manufactured by us, fire, rain, flood, salt water, ice, hail, lightning, insects, dogs or cats or any other animal, wind-borne objects, earthquake, hurricane, sun, sunlight, heat or radiation, cyclone, gale, tornado, weather of a catastrophic nature, acts of God, intentional acts, unreasonable use, misuse, physical abuse, excessive weight, vandalism, riot, insurrection or civil disorder, accidents or corrosive atmospheres, acid rain, radioactive fallout, harmful chemicals or vapors. Damages caused by or resulting from the shipping and handling of any products. Abnormal use of the furniture products. The application of any coating, chemical, paint, stain or varnish. Heat from sun, bonfire, camp fire, fire pit, or any fire, barbecue grill, or any appliance. Warping, twisting, cupping, cracking, splitting. Assembly costs. Color shade or color match or color pattern between products or pieces, new or replacement products. Fading, color change, weathering, chalking, dirt or stains. Color changes when exposed to sunlight. Assembly of hardware, accessory items or defects caused by their assembly. Rust or corrosion of hardware, screws, bolts, nuts, washers. Normal wear and tear effects on the furniture products. Damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, excessive weight, improper assembly and/or acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to any hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts and washers used to assemble the furniture product. Neither does it cover the paint or color finish used on any hardware.

This warranty does not apply to any cushions or pillows.

American Dream Furniture, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or product line or color without notifying the original purchaser. If the original product is not available, we reserve the right to choose a replacement product of equal value.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping cost + 15% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
